Understand the
Transition. Learn
How to Show
up for It.
The Intimacy Cipher is an 8-week, physician-led educational program created for male partners whose female partners are navigating perimenopause or menopause. It brings men into a conversation they’re often left out of, helping them understand the physical, hormonal, emotional, sexual, and relational changes that accompany this stage of life.

But understanding is only the beginning. The program explores what meaningful support can look like at home, during appointments, and within the relationship itself. Participants also learn to prioritize their own mental, relational, and sexual health while supporting the person they love.
Through evidence-informed lessons, practical reflection, live conversations with Dr. Stoehr, and continued community support, The Intimacy Cipher gives male partners a framework for navigating their partner’s transition with more knowledge, compassion, and intention.
There’s No Manual for Menopause
Dr. Stoehr has spent years caring for women navigating menopause and has seen an important pattern: supportive partners make a meaningful difference.
The challenge is that many male partners want to help but were never taught what their partner may be experiencing or what support actually looks like. The Intimacy Cipher helps close that education gap, replacing confusion and guesswork with a clearer understanding of the transition and practical ways to move through it together.

Meet Dr. Stoehr
A Physician Who Has Spent Her Career Listening to Conversations Others Often Overlook
Dr. Angie Stoehr founded The Stoehr Center, specializing in sexual dysfunction and chronic pelvic and sexual pain. Her work focuses on understanding the whole person, including the physical, emotional, relational, and lifestyle factors that influence health and sexual well-being.
She created The Intimacy Cipher after seeing how much more confidently women navigate difficult transitions when their partner has the education to understand their experience and the tools to offer meaningful support.
